Went for the Saucony-100Plus Passion Run with Dave last Saturday. I tried hard to maintain a constant speed of 6 min per kilometer. Managed to clock 1 hr 42 second at the finishing point - a personal best, compared to my last attempt in 2005.Gonna try break that record in the Mizuno Wave Run in 10 days time. ;-)
